Lend your project token

A project commits its token to Token Vault and borrows quote coin against it. This page is screens only: explore the labelled samples below. No live position has been read.

How it works

Committing a token means a project lends its token to Token Vault as collateral. The vault borrows quote coin against that token, and interest is paid out of fees. Deleveraging means reducing the borrowed exposure when the position's health falls. Nothing here moves money yet.

Token Vault borrow-ratio tier

Source: fixture. The token’s listing risk checks set its borrow-ratio tier. This is separate from the listing’s OK or Risky review status.
The borrow ratio describes how much stable borrowing the position runs against committed token value.
Current tier: 1.0 — Tier-A majors: balanced ~2× LP ·
Stable borrowing equals the committed token value. LP means liquidity-provider position; balanced describes its token and stable sides.

Position health

Healthy example
Health = (position value − debt) / debt
Current health: 0.65
Hard unwind 0.15Soft deleverage 0.30
Above soft deleverage (0.30) and hard unwind (0.15).
Bar scale: 0–1; values outside this range sit at the nearest edge.

Interest owed to the lend side

Fees shown are net of interest.
Interest is paid from pool fees first, then from the token side if fees fall short.

Pool panel

Source: fixture · sample pool readings, not live pool state.
Fee tier is the recorded pool trading fee. Status and liquidity band are recorded enums. Unknown means no supported value was supplied. Read age belongs to each row.

Committers and liquidity

Token Vault: Example token
Source: fixture · example committers and pool liquidity depth, not live reads.
Each row is one project that committed its token. Depth is a recorded sample label (deep, balanced or thin); unknown means none was supplied. Read age belongs to each row.

Identity uses the exact contract and chain. A shared symbol does not mean a shared vault, and a listing or a quote asset alone never establishes that a Token Vault exists.

What the commitment confers

Assembly vote
Tokens committed to the named vault are excluded from assembly voting while committed. Holding vault shares does not restore those votes.
Delegation
A named council may vote on maintenance motions only, under a revocable mandate. Vault shares confer no direct vote and cannot redelegate it.
Third-party distribution
A sponsor distribution recorded at the vault address assigns no entitlement to share holders. Receipt is not a grant of rights.
These are recorded sample clauses, not advice. Committing a token lends it to the vault as collateral; it does not transfer voting or governance to share holders.

Your provider shares

Shares are a pooled ownership fraction, not an entitlement to a number of tokens; no token amount is inferred.

Governance records
