What the shop reads

Green means read inside its window; amber means older than that; red means the last try failed. A failed read never becomes a zero on the site: the number says not read yet, the floor still applies, and Buy waits for its quote.

Incidents · the last 7 days

Last incident · not read yet

Four words, in order: Investigating → Identified → Monitoring → Resolved, each with its time. An incident is ours when you can see it on the site, whatever a vendor's own page says.

Which chains are open

A chain opens for buying only after its own buy-and-sell-back test passes here, and this page says when it did. Coins on a closed chain are shown greyed, never hidden.

When a read fails

Nothing becomes zero. The number says not read yet with the time of the last good read. The floor still applies on what was read. Buy waits for its quote and says so; Add to cart still works, and the bill quotes when the read is back. Alerts say which read they are waiting on. Nobody is told anything newer than it is.

Every number says how old it is; a missing one is shown as —, never as zero. Nobody from World will ever ask for your recovery phrase.
