Terms

Interim — last updated 19 October 2026. · the words are the served page’s; this page gives them the kit’s shape, the agreement the bill opens, and the dated changes

Counsel replaces all of this before real users.

These are the beta’s terms, as served today. Nothing here is a promise about what counsel’s terms will say; a change is dated on this page before it applies.

What this site is

World shows market data read from chains and from vendors. Every figure carries its own read time, so you can see how old it is. Today the shelves list Solana coins only. You can still pay from another chain.

Nothing here is advice

Nothing on this site is advice about what to buy, hold or sell. We are not your broker, your adviser or your custodian. You decide, and you act in your own wallet.

Coins can go to zero

The coins shown here are extremely volatile and can lose all of their amount. Only put in what you can afford to lose.

You must be 18 or over

This site is for adults only.

We never hold your funds or your keys

We never take custody of anything. We cannot move, freeze or recover what is yours, and we cannot undo a trade.

Who can buy today

Buying is open only to a few invited wallets while we test. For any other wallet the buy control stops before anything is signed, and nothing is charged.

When you buy, the order is routed through Jupiter and LI.FI. You sign every order in your own wallet; we never hold your coins.

No warranty on the data

Figures come from chains and from third parties. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and we make no promise about them. Read the read time and decide for yourself.

Text alerts

Text alerts are not available today. Nothing on this site sends a text and nothing stores a mobile number: the settings screen shows what opting in will require, but nothing there confirms a number and nothing is collected.

When they launch, you would opt in yourself, by entering your number and confirming it. Alerts would carry the listings and checks you choose, and they would be an alert channel only: never used to sign you in, and never used to recover an account.

A mobile number, and the opt-in data that goes with it, would never be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing.

Message frequency would vary with the alerts you set, and message and data rates may apply. You would reply STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help. Turning alerts off would delete the number rather than set it aside. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The agreement at the bill

What Read it once (the agreement) on every bill (B-036) binds to — these terms, this version, and the bill’s own four sentences:

  1. One quote for everything in the cart, all in — the coins, the network’s fee, our fee ($0.00 in the beta). Nothing is added later.
  2. Nothing moves until you sign. Your wallet asks you to sign transactions for each item in the order. ERC-20 payments with an approval request require a separate token approval before the swap transaction. Review every wallet request; an approval already sent remains sent if you decline the swap.
  3. If your wallet shows a different amount, decline it. Nothing moves that this bill did not say.
  4. Nothing here is advice. The coin can go to zero; the risk page says how.
the agreement describes the wallet requests for an order; this version is Terms · interim · 19 Oct 2026
